Welcome to Hands of Trust, LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our Virtual Assistant or Notary services.


1. General Overview

Hands of Trust, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Virtual Assistant (VA) and Mobile Notary services to individuals and businesses. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


2. Virtual Assistant Services

Our Virtual Assistant services include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support (document preparation, scheduling, client communication, etc.)

  • Business and personal organization tasks

  • Research and data entry

  • Custom services agreed upon in writing

Service Delivery:
All VA services are performed remotely unless otherwise agreed. Work is completed within the agreed timeline, based on task complexity and availability.

Hourly & Package Rates:

  • Hourly work is billed at the current rate listed on our website.

  • Package or retainer clients will receive a monthly invoice according to their selected plan.

  • Hours not used within the billing period do not roll over unless specified in writing.

Communication:
We communicate via email, phone, or other approved platforms. Response times are typically within 24–48 business hours.


3. Mobile Notary Services

Our Mobile Notary services include document notarization and, when applicable, travel to your location.

Client Requirements:

  • Valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented for each signing party.

  • All documents must be complete (not blank) before notarization.

  • The signer must be present, alert, and willing to sign.

Fees:

  • Notary fees are set according to Florida law.

  • Additional travel or after-hours fees may apply and will be disclosed upfront.

Limitations:
We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or interpret documents.


4. Payments

Payments are due as agreed upon—either upon completion, weekly, or monthly depending on the service plan.
Accepted payment methods include [PayPal, Zelle, invoice payment link, direct deposit, etc.].

Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is cleared.


5. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all clients.
Any information shared during services will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.


6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • VA services: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Mobile Notary services: A travel fee may still apply if cancellation occurs after the notary has departed.
    Repeated cancellations may result in prepayment requirements for future bookings.


7. Refunds

Due to the nature of administrative and notary work, refunds are generally not available once work has been started or a notary service has been completed.
However, if there is a service concern, we will review it on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.


8. Liability

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, Hands of Trust, LLC is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from:

  • Errors or delays caused by client-provided information

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Improper document use after notarization

Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents and final deliverables before use or submission.


9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
